during my weekend stay, I loved the amazing pool and patio area that felt clean and inviting. The beds were incredibly comfortable for a great night's sleep after exploring the nearby River Trail Nature Center, which is just a short walk away and offers beautiful natural views.

Had a pleasant one-night stay in a Standard King Room with Balcony. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet featuring fresh fruits and attentive service, which made mornings delightful. The staff was polite but could improve on directives around the hotel layout for easier navigation. A map at check-in would be a great help!

The room had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a shower. Lots of towels and free toiletries were available. The outdoor swimming pool was a nice spot to relax, with sun loungers and umbrellas. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, featuring fresh fruit, delicious pastries and good coffee.

However, my experience was tainted by a bed bug issue that affected my family, prompting a distressing room change without adequate assistance. Despite the initial positive impressions of cleanliness and comfort, the lack of follow-through on reported issues left much to be desired.

the housekeeping was terrible (i waited forever! ). the conference facilities were great, the breakfast buffet had fresh fruits and coffee (really nice! the outdoor pool looked awesome, too. my room was very clean and had a good setup.

During my stay at Crowne Plaza Chicago-Northbrook, An Ihg Hotel, I appreciated the hotel's cleanliness and the friendly demeanor of the staff. The lobby was well-decorated and easily accessible, which made moving around very comfortable for me.
